Advance Airport Transfers

Booking information:

We prefer for everyone’s convenience to receive enquiries by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that the details are correct and so we can provide the appropriate vehicle and driver on the day. We will normally get back to you with a confirmation e-mail within a couple of hours.

 

Date of travel: with either a pickup time or your check in time. We normally try to ensure that the passengers arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours before the flight.

 

Return flight details: such as the date and time of arrival back at the UK Airport, plus the flight number as we track flights in case of delays etc. The flight number is usually made up of either 3 letters + 4 numbers e.g. EZY2160 or 2 letters + 3 numbers e.g. UA759

 

Passengers details: Name and address, mobile contact number and destination Airport.

Pickup details:The driver will contact you 30 minutes after your return to the UK, by which time you should awaiting your luggage in the arrivals hall. When you have collected your luggage, the driver will arrange to rendezvous with you at the pickup or drop off point.

Drop off and pickup charges apply at all Airports now, and may require parking.

 

Meet & Greet: We can also provide a Meet & Greet service just for the price of the Airport parking charges.

 

Confirmation: We will send a confirmation e-mail once the details have been entered into our database.
